Air Europa is expanding its Air Europa ON programme with a fresh set of service upgrades for long-haul travellers, including new amenities in Business and Economy, a free pet-friendly kit and reinforced onboard catering. The Madrid-based carrier is introducing the changes progressively across its long-haul operation as part of a broader quality plan that began in the first half of 2026.
Business class now features a refreshed amenities kit with a stronger sustainability focus and slippers. Economy passengers can buy a comfort kit for 5 euros, containing an eye mask, toothbrush, socks and earplugs, while headphones are now provided free of charge in the cabin. Air Europa has also strengthened meal and snack service on long-haul flights.
The programme reaches beyond the cabin through three areas: On-Board covers inflight service, crew logistics and, on some aircraft, remote control of cabin temperature; On-Ground includes changes at airport counters and new baggage-measuring equipment to speed boarding and improve punctuality; and On-Airplane focuses on maintenance and the preservation of aircraft interiors and exteriors. Passengers travelling with animals on long-haul flights also receive a free pet-friendly kit with a bag dispenser and water bowl.
