MyAirOps has launched a passenger-facing portal integrated with its myairops flight-management platform, extending the system to private-aviation end users. The capability enables passengers, executive assistants, aircraft owners and other authorised requesters to submit trip requests and obtain information directly through a flight department’s existing scheduling and operational environment. The launch is associated with NBAA-BACE 2026.
Unlike a standalone booking interface, the portal is designed as an extension of myairops flight. It connects incoming travel demand with the workflow flight departments already use to manage aircraft scheduling and trip operations, reducing reliance on separate forms, emails, messages or manual data transfers.
The portal and scheduling platform remain synchronised as requests move into the flight department’s operating workflow. MyAirOps is introducing the capability through phased delivery, with initial customers already using it for specific operating requirements. Further functions are planned incrementally and will be shaped by customer feedback.
The release is the first generally available version of the capability. MyAirOps has not disclosed customer names, pricing, launch geography or the number of operators using the portal.
