EEN and Fraunhofer to host space security networking event in Bremen

The Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) and Fraunhofer AVIATION & SPACE will bring companies, research institutions and space-sector start-ups together in Bremen on 16 November 2026 for the fifth Space Community Get-Together. The event will focus on space security, with expert presentations, a panel discussion and start-up pitches addressing space debris, space weather and the protection of critical space infrastructure.

The event will take place at ECOMAT on the eve of Space Tech Expo Europe 2026. Its programme is designed to support exchanges between industry and research, while giving participants opportunities to identify technologies, potential partners and international cooperation opportunities.

Topics are expected to include the security and resilience of space infrastructure, alongside broader technological and commercial challenges facing the sector. The event will also provide a platform for start-ups and innovative space companies to present their capabilities and seek cooperation partners.

Participation is free, with registration required. The available programme information does not identify all participating companies or provide attendance forecasts, while further details on the start-up pitches remain subject to the event organisers’ selection process.
