NetJets is planning three new private-aviation terminal facilities in the United States and is moving into larger premises at President Donald J. Trump International Airport in Palm Beach, Florida. The projects are associated with Dallas, Washington, D.C., and Palm Beach, as the fractional-ownership operator expands dedicated infrastructure to support growing private-jet demand.
NetJets already operates dedicated facilities at Dallas Love Field and Washington Dulles International Airport. At Dallas, the planned development is separate from a long-term lease agreement between Signature Aviation and the City of Dallas, which includes a 20-year base term and at least $65 million in capital investment. At Dulles, the wider airport development programme includes a remote VIP terminal being developed and operated by daa International under a 20-year, $125 million contract awarded by the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority.
In Palm Beach, NetJets has an existing private terminal and is transitioning to a larger space following the airport’s renaming in July 2026. NetJets’ website identifies West Palm Beach among its US locations with private-terminal services. A further five terminal facilities are reportedly under development across the country, although the available information does not establish that all five form part of the three-project announcement.
No construction schedules, investment totals, capacities or opening dates have been disclosed for the NetJets projects.
