West Star Aviation has introduced an interactive online map showing where business aviation operators can find 24/7 aircraft-on-ground support across the United States. The tool is designed to make West Star’s AOG technician coverage more visible and help operators identify nearby mobile maintenance resources more quickly during disruptions.
The map presents real-time technician locations and is aimed at operators needing rapid dispatch support when aircraft are grounded away from base. One report says it covers more than 250 AOG-ready technicians nationwide and is supported by a 12-controller dispatch centre operating around the clock.
The service adds a more transparent layer to West Star’s mobile maintenance network, which already includes on-call AOG support and a wider field operation across the US. For operators, the practical value lies in faster access to the right technician and clearer visibility of available coverage before making contact.
