TUI Airline adds 25 routes for summer 2027 as leisure capacity expands

TUI Airline will add 25 routes to its summer 2027 network, increasing capacity by about 640,000 seats to 17 million across the season. The leisure carrier’s programme spans the UK, Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands and includes new and expanded flying from London Gatwick, Düsseldorf, Hanover, Amsterdam and Belgian departure markets.

London Gatwick will gain eight routes, including services to Athens, Palermo, Santiago de Compostela, Seville, Valencia, Tangier, Djerba and Mytilene. In Germany, Düsseldorf is set to receive a twice-weekly Boeing 787 service to Curaçao, alongside new short- and medium-haul routes to Málaga, Ljubljana, Naples and Venice, while Hanover will add Málaga and Olbia. Amsterdam will gain a twice-weekly Boeing 787 link to Kilimanjaro via a rotation that also serves Zanzibar.

Belgium will see additional services to sun-and-leisure destinations including Lanzarote, Gran Canaria, Palma de Mallorca, Alicante, Crete, Madeira and Marrakech. TUI has also identified further opportunities to Billund, Essaouira and Fez without giving full operational details, while most of the new routes are planned at two or three frequencies a week.
