Flyone Asia takes delivery of second Airbus A321neo

Flyone Asia has taken delivery of its second Airbus A321neo, a one-year-old jet that arrived in Tashkent on 3 September after a technical inspection in the United States. The aircraft, temporarily registered N739NK and carrying manufacturer serial number 12324, previously flew for Spirit Airlines and is powered by Pratt & Whitney PW1100G engines.

The addition makes Flyone Asia the first operator of A320neo-family aircraft with PW1100G engines in Uzbekistan. The Tashkent-based private carrier received its first A321neo in August, with the new aircraft understood to be part of a fleet expansion strategy centred on medium-haul growth.

Range capability of about 7,400 km opens the way for longer services from the Uzbek capital. The booking system already showed planned flights to Grozny from 9 September and to Delhi from 6 November, indicating the aircraft is likely to be deployed quickly on new regional and international routes.
