Flybondi is moving ahead with a restructuring that would transfer staff to a new company linked to Argentina’s OCA logistics group, with OCA Air emerging as the planned commercial identity. The process begins with ramp and Operations Control Center employees shifting from FB Líneas Aéreas to OC Support S.A., while the airline must continue operating flights under the Flybondi name before 20 September to keep its Air Operator Certificate valid.
The plan points to a sharper fleet reset, with most aircraft due to return to lessors and only three retained for the next phase. Crew contracts for the proposed OCA Air operation remain under discussion, and the new branding could begin appearing between October and November. The restructuring centres on entities linked to controlling owner Leonardo Scatturice and would reshape one of Argentina’s low-cost carriers if completed as reported.
