Delta Air Lines will resume daily nonstop service between Seattle and Tokyo Narita in late March 2027, returning to the airport after a seven-year absence. The route will operate with an Airbus A330-900neo and gives Seattle two Delta links to Tokyo, alongside existing service to Haneda.
The Seattle departure is scheduled for 27 March 2027, with the return from Narita beginning the following day. Korean Air will codeshare on the route, which is part of Delta’s broader Pacific network expansion. The airline is positioning the service as a restoration of its Narita flying within its transpacific schedule, while also strengthening its Seattle hub.
The move adds capacity in a competitive long-haul market that has drawn increased attention from carriers serving the US West Coast and Japan. Timings remain subject to change before launch.
