CFS Aero to Move Main Base to Fireblade Aviation FBO at OR Tambo

CFS Aero is relocating its primary base of operations from Lanseria International Airport to Fireblade Aviation’s facilities at OR Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg. The business aviation operator will make the airport its new headquarters and principal operational hub, while keeping a presence at Lanseria so customers can continue to access both airports.

The move covers the transfer of CFS Aero’s corporate offices and managed aircraft fleet to OR Tambo. The company links the decision to its next phase of growth, citing expanded infrastructure, stronger connectivity and better access to aviation support services, customs and immigration, lounges and additional hangar capacity.

CFS Aero will continue to operate at Lanseria International Airport, where it will retain FBO and other services. That dual-airport footprint preserves an established service option in Johannesburg while shifting the main operating base to South Africa’s largest airport.
