Embraer delivered record second-quarter revenue of US$2.235 billion in the April-to-June period, up 23% from a year earlier, as strong demand across its commercial, executive and defence businesses lifted deliveries to 65 aircraft. The Brazilian manufacturer also reported its highest second-quarter backlog on record, at US$34.5 billion, and raised its full-year 2026 profitability and cash-flow outlook.
Commercial aviation remained the largest contributor to the quarterly performance, while executive jet sales also advanced sharply. Deliveries included 20 commercial aircraft and 45 executive jets, the company’s strongest second-quarter delivery total in 16 years. Adjusted EBIT reached US$296.9 million, with a margin of 13.3%, and adjusted free cash flow excluding Eve came in at US$401 million.
Chief executive Francisco Gomes Neto pointed to the breadth of the quarter’s performance as Embraer reset its full-year targets. The company now expects adjusted EBIT margin to come in between 10.0% and 10.6%, up from the previous range, and adjusted free cash flow excluding Eve to be US$400 million or higher. Net profit and EBITDA also rose year on year, while the backlog reflected continued demand visibility into future production.
