Porter Airlines will retrofit all 29 of its De Havilland Dash 8-400 turboprops with Expliseat’s TiSeat 2V, replacing cabin hardware across the fleet while keeping the 78-seat, 2-2 layout intact. The refresh is already in service on the first aircraft and is due to finish this autumn, adding redesigned cushions, updated tray tables, integrated device holders, revised first-row tables, LED mood lighting, reading lights and new carpeting. Seat pitch stays at 32 inches in PorterReserve and 30 inches in PorterClassic, preserving capacity while lifting the regional product to a higher-spec cabin standard.
