JetBlue and the Florida Panthers have unveiled a special-edition Airbus A320, named “Go Cats Go”, at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport. The aircraft’s red livery replaces JetBlue’s usual blue and carries Panthers branding, including the team shield on the tail and “FLORIDA” lettering beneath the fuselage. The design accompanies an expanded partnership between the airline and the NHL club, both rooted in South Florida.
The underside also features the Panthers’ leaping-cat logo, while smaller details include a simplified Florida-flag emblem and a palm tree crossed with a hockey stick. Panthers president and general manager Bill Zito, captain Aleksander Barkov and forward Brad Marchand attended the unveiling. Team mascots greeted passengers on the aircraft’s first flight out of Florida, and customers received themed giveaways.
The expanded agreement includes JetBlue’s presenting role at Amerant Bank Arena’s Champions Club and JetBlue Landing, as well as support for the Panthers’ Reading Challenge in Broward County schools. JetBlue identifies Fort Lauderdale as its first destination, in 2000, and says it is now the largest carrier at FLL, with more than 150 peak daily departures to over 60 nonstop destinations scheduled for the winter. The Panthers won the Stanley Cup in 2024 and 2025.
