Supraéro Équipement expands supply-chain services and appoints Cécile Lopez

French aerospace supplier Supraéro Équipement is broadening its services beyond component distribution, adding support intended to help customers secure supplies. The offer includes inventory management, kitting, technical advice and management of obsolete components for aerospace, space and defence customers. Cécile Lopez has led the company as managing director since September 2026. The business employs more than 40 people and expects 25% growth this year.

The expansion comes about 18 months after Supraéro and Aéro Équipement merged. Their combined business supplies components and logistics services; the additional focus on supply-chain support extends its role in helping customers source parts, including older items that may be difficult to obtain. The company’s existing activities include kitting and component distribution.

Supraéro Équipement’s catalogue contains more than 50,000 items, according to the report. Lopez brings 20 years of experience, including in defence and supply-chain management. The company has not detailed where the expanded services will be implemented or how it calculated its 2026 growth forecast.
