Nomad Technics completes major maintenance on two Bombardier jets

Nomad Technics has completed major scheduled maintenance on a Bombardier Challenger 604 and a Global 5000 at its Basel, Switzerland, facility. The work included a 7,800-landing inspection on the Challenger and a comprehensive 10-year inspection on the Global 5000, with both aircraft returned to service on schedule.

The Challenger 604 inspection covered the aircraft structure, landing gear and flight controls. Technicians rectified defects identified during the checks, although the specific findings were not disclosed.

The Global 5000 underwent one of the most extensive scheduled maintenance events for the type. The inspection involved detailed examinations of the airframe, systems and components. Nomad Technics provides EASA Part 145 base-maintenance services for Bombardier Challenger and Global aircraft at Basel EuroAirport, including major inspections, repairs and modifications.

The operators or owners of the two aircraft, their registration numbers, exact maintenance dates and the cost of the work were not disclosed.
