Setna iO has acquired an Airbus A320neo formerly operated by Spirit Airlines for its first US teardown of the neo family, with dismantling scheduled at AerSale’s Goodyear, Arizona facility. This single acquisition expands the company’s next-generation narrow-body teardown programme, enabling recovery of high-value components through its integrated repair network including Zulu Global, LGT, Setnix, and SETNA Parts Lab. The move strengthens USM supply for operators, lessors, and MROs globally while leveraging recent J&C Aero integration to support cabin interiors, seats, and galley equipment. Although an RSS title referenced dual acquisitions, only the A320neo is confirmed in reliable media as of 10 July 2026.
