Philippine Airlines will launch nonstop flights from Manila to Delhi and Mumbai in December 2026, using 168-seat Airbus A321neo aircraft on both routes. The carrier is planning three weekly services to Delhi and four weekly services to Mumbai, with the start of operations still subject to Indian government approval.
The India return comes after an absence of about 13 years and restores direct links between the Philippines and two major business and tourism centres. PAL’s scheduled Delhi service will operate as PR642 and PR643, while the Mumbai flights will use PR646 and PR647. The move adds direct passenger and cargo capacity in a market where travellers have long relied on connecting flights via other hubs.
PAL will configure the A321neo with 12 business-class seats and 156 economy seats. The airline’s published schedule shows evening departures from Manila and early-morning arrivals in India, positioning the routes for onward connections and business travel demand.
