Gulf Air will continue operating daily flights between Bahrain International Airport and Munich Airport throughout the Northern Hemisphere winter 2026/27 schedule. The service, operated with a 166-seat Airbus A321LR, will retain the frequency introduced in May rather than reverting to four weekly flights, providing a daily connection from 25 October 2026 through 27 March 2027.
The route’s planned capacity will increase substantially compared with winter 2025/26. For the comparable period from 1 November to 15 February, Gulf Air is scheduled to operate 107 flights, up from 61, while available seats will rise from 10,126 to 17,762.
The decision preserves the additional summer frequency during the winter season and maintains a daily link between Bavaria and Gulf Air’s Bahrain hub. The connection supports onward travel to destinations across the Gulf region and the airline’s wider network. Munich Airport’s winter timetable includes 182 destinations in 67 countries.
