Duncan Aviation orders 40 Gogo Galileo HDX systems

Duncan Aviation has placed a prepaid order for 40 Gogo Galileo HDX satellite-connectivity systems from Gogo, supporting anticipated demand for high-speed inflight internet across business aircraft. The order gives the privately owned maintenance, repair and overhaul provider equipment in stock, allowing installations to be scheduled more flexibly around aircraft owners’ and operators’ maintenance visits. It is Gogo’s largest single MRO order of 2026.

Gogo Galileo HDX operates over Eutelsat OneWeb’s low-Earth-orbit satellite network. Its electronically steered antenna is designed to provide a compact, lightweight and relatively low-power solution for light business jets, turboprops and larger-cabin aircraft.

The system supports download speeds of up to 60 Mbps and upload speeds of up to 11 Mbps. The HDX antenna is approximately half the size of Gogo’s full-duplex antenna, according to industry reporting.

Duncan Aviation modifications sales manager Nate Klenke cited rising expectations for inflight connectivity and the value of having systems available when customers are ready to schedule installations. The company has already installed Galileo HDX and full-duplex systems at its main facilities in Lincoln, Nebraska; Battle Creek, Michigan; and Provo, Utah, as well as at selected satellite locations.

The order value, delivery schedule and allocation of systems among Duncan Aviation facilities were not disclosed.
