CDB Aviation has completed delivery of four Airbus A320-271N aircraft to Marabu Airlines, finalising a lease programme first agreed in November 2025. The last handover took place on 30 July 2026 and brings Marabu’s A320neo fleet to 12 aircraft as the Estonia-based leisure carrier expands services from Hamburg, Leipzig and Nuremberg.
The aircraft are fitted with Pratt & Whitney PW1127GA-JM engines and are intended to support fleet growth, higher operational efficiency and further network development to Mediterranean leisure destinations. The fourth delivery closes CDB Aviation’s mandate with Marabu under the original arrangement.
Marabu has been adding aircraft steadily this month, with one A320neo registered ES-MBJ delivered to Nuremberg on 23 July, consistent with the wider sequence of handovers. The completion of the four-aircraft programme strengthens the airline’s narrowbody capacity as it continues to build its route network across its German bases.
