ANA Holdings and All Nippon Airways (ANA) will move their headquarters from Shiodome City Center in Tokyo’s Minato Ward to the planned YAESU CORE complex near Tokyo Station in spring 2030. Some ANA Group functions will relocate at the same time to a new building near Tamachi Station’s west exit, as the airline group reshapes its workplaces under its 2026–2028 medium-term management strategy.
YAESU CORE is being developed as part of the Yaesu 2-Chome Central District urban redevelopment project. The building is planned to have 43 above-ground floors, three basement levels, a height of approximately 227 metres and total floor area of about 389,000 square metres.
The Tamachi facility is planned to comprise 24 above-ground floors and two basement levels, reaching approximately 125 metres and providing about 98,570 square metres of floor area. ANA has not yet finalised which companies, departments or functions will be allocated to either location.
The new offices are intended to promote communication and collaboration among employees, improve working conditions and support the effective use of diverse talent. ANA Holdings and ANA have occupied Shiodome City Center since 2003.
