Air France-KLM appoints Guilhem Mallet to lead Latin America

Air France-KLM has appointed Guilhem Mallet as managing director for Latin America, placing him in charge of the group’s expanded regional commercial structure across South and Central America. Based in São Paulo, he will oversee sales, partnerships and market development in key markets including Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Panama and Peru.

Mallet brings more than 20 years of experience with Air France-KLM and most recently served as vice president of corporate sales in Paris. His previous roles included director of alliances for the Americas and general manager in Mexico, and he also worked in Brazil between 2015 and 2018 on the implementation of a strategic agreement with GOL.

The appointment consolidates leadership for the region under a single management line, reflecting a more unified commercial approach in Latin America. The expanded remit also covers additional markets served through commercial partners, giving Mallet a broader footprint across the group’s regional network.
