South Tyrolean regional airline SkyAlps has launched SkyAlps Circle, its own frequent-flyer programme. Members can earn miles on eligible SkyAlps flights and redeem them for award travel, while using a personal account to store details, manage bookings and trips, review travel history and monitor mileage and progress towards higher status tiers.
Membership is free and begins when customers create a SkyAlps Circle account through the airline’s website or mobile application. New members receive 500 award miles as a welcome bonus and can begin collecting miles from their first eligible flight.
The programme starts with a Member tier and offers Silver and Gold status based on qualifying flights. Silver status is available after 15 eligible flights within a 24-month qualification period, while Gold requires 30 eligible flights during the same period. Higher tiers provide additional benefits, although the airline has not detailed all associated privileges.
SkyAlps Circle also consolidates customer travel information and programme activity in one account, including booking management, previous journeys and dedicated member communications. The airline has not publicly specified all accrual rates, eligible fare classes, redemption conditions or the full range of status benefits.
