Air Nostrum opens Madrid cabin crew recruitment process

Air Nostrum has opened a recruitment process for cabin crew members in Madrid, with interviews and an open day scheduled for 29 October 2026. The event will begin at 09:30 at the Madrid Alameda Aeropuerto by Meliá hotel on Avenida de Logroño, as the regional airline continues a wider campaign to identify candidates for its workforce.

Applicants must upload their CV to Air Nostrum’s website and register for the open-day vacancy before attending. No invitation is required. Candidates should bring two passport-size photographs, one full-length photograph, a copy of their DNI or, where applicable, residence and work authorisation, two copies of their CV and proof of completed studies.

The selection process includes a personal interview and psychometric tests. Candidates who pass these stages may take a specific training course lasting approximately one and a half months. The course is intended to provide the training required to obtain the flight certificate and aircraft-type qualifications needed for cabin-crew duties across Air Nostrum’s fleet.

The recruitment campaign does not specify the number of vacancies, salary, contract conditions or the aircraft types covered by the qualifications.
