Rolls-Royce has expanded its CorporateCare Enhanced engine-maintenance programme for business-aviation customers, adding coverage for minor foreign-object damage, time-expired life-limited parts and technical documentation, alongside nacelle painting and simplified component returns. Unveiled at NBAA-BACE 2026 in Las Vegas, the benefits will be incorporated without increasing the programme’s fixed hourly rate, supporting operators of Rolls-Royce-powered business aircraft.
The expanded foreign-object-damage protection applies where repairs can be completed on-wing or near-wing without immediate engine or nacelle removal. Rolls-Royce will also provide technical-variance documentation for qualifying and non-qualifying damage cases, except where negligence is involved. Eligible Pearl-engine customers will receive broader coverage for life-limited parts that reach their time limits.
Customers will gain access to nacelle painting through Rolls-Royce’s global Authorised Service Centre network. The company is also simplifying returns of line-replaceable-unit cores by covering shipping costs and introducing prepaid return labels.
CorporateCare Enhanced is a fixed-cost-per-flying-hour maintenance-management programme, standard for new CorporateCare customers and available as an upgrade for eligible existing contracts. Coverage varies by engine family: AE 3007 and Tay customers receive services including troubleshooting and mobile-repair-team travel, while Pearl 15, Pearl 700, BR710 and BR725 coverage extends to broader powerplant, nacelle, unit-related, erosion and corrosion maintenance. Rolls-Royce vice-president of sales and marketing Lindsey Gillen attributed the additions to customer feedback.
