Levo and Portside have launched an integration linking Levo’s AI-powered sales workflow with Portside’s Avianis flight-scheduling and charter-management platform. The service is designed to reduce manual handling of inbound charter requests by matching enquiries with suitable aircraft and generating estimated quotes using each operator’s existing Avianis pricing configuration.
Avianis operators can connect their accounts to Levo without developer work. The system evaluates requested itinerary legs against the operator’s fleet and each aircraft’s actual location, then applies relevant fees, taxes, contract rates and pricing rules to assemble a proposed quote.
Matched requests appear in a live list showing the itinerary, selected aircraft, current aircraft location, estimated price and whether Levo classifies the contact as a broker or retail customer. The workflow is intended to move charter teams away from initial inbox triage and towards reviewing system-generated proposals.
Levo does not send quotes directly to customers. An operator team member must review and approve each proposal before sending it. The integration was presented in connection with NBAA-BACE 2026, although the companies have not disclosed adoption figures, service pricing, rollout scale or measured reductions in quoting time.
