Dubai-based Hadid International Services is expanding its business aviation support network to help operators manage flights to difficult and higher-risk destinations. The group has secured new U.S. Customs and Border Protection clearances, extending its ability to arrange compliant arrival processing and other trip-support services for business aircraft operating in complex environments.
Hadid’s network includes staff and representatives across more than 70 countries, particularly in the Middle East and Africa. The Dubai-headquartered group has provided aviation support and FBO services since 1981, assisting operators with permits, landing slots, parking, ground handling, fuel, navigation charges and other operational requirements.
The U.S. approvals include participation in the CBP Reimbursable Services Program, which supports arrival clearances for passengers and crews outside the agency’s regular operating hours. The clearance covers airports including Bangor, Cleveland Hopkins, Fort Lauderdale Executive, King County-Boeing Field, Los Angeles International, Palm Beach, San Antonio, Teterboro and Westchester County.
Hadid’s Houston operations office also supports electronic Advance Passenger Information System requirements and arranges landing permits and related services. The expansion comes as operators face access constraints, customs challenges and supply disruptions in several regions. Hadid has recently supported flights affected by fuel shortages in Kuala Lumpur and Lagos, including arranging fuel for more than 25 flights in Malaysia during July and August.
