FACC has arranged a new EUR 190 million syndicated credit facility to refinance an existing EUR 225 million loan and support its next growth phase. The Austria-based aerospace supplier is using the package to back planned investment in technology, infrastructure and international expansion, alongside its wider production ramp-up and customer programme development.
The facility has a three-year base term with two one-year extension options and was put together with seven banks from Austria and Germany, led by UniCredit Bank Austria. It replaces the previous consortium loan before its February 2027 maturity, giving FACC earlier refinancing certainty and additional flexibility for its investment programme.
The company plans to invest about EUR 350 million by 2030, with funding directed at new technologies, site expansion and global growth. Strong operating performance has also helped improve financing conditions, while the new structure is intended to support liquidity as the group prepares for higher aircraft production rates and further programme wins.
