China Aircraft Leasing Group Agrees Sale of Aircraft

China Aircraft Leasing Group Holdings has agreed to sell an Airbus A321-271NX aircraft in a portfolio move that keeps the lessor active in aircraft trading. The transaction, tied to the group’s ordinary-course fleet management, involves a wholly owned special-purpose vehicle and an independent third-party buyer, with completion expected by the end of December.

The deal follows a separate disposal disclosed the previous day involving two Boeing 737-800 aircraft, underlining CALC’s continued use of aircraft sales to manage its portfolio and support income from trading activity. The company’s aircraft transactions typically fall within Hong Kong listing disclosure rules when they meet the relevant thresholds, and the latest sale fits that pattern. CALC has long presented aircraft trading, asset rotation and liquidity management as part of its broader leasing and fleet strategy.
