Aegean has appointed Stella Dimaraki as chief financial officer and Ilias Mandroukas as chief commercial officer, with both changes taking effect on 1 October 2026. The Greek carrier has promoted both executives from deputy roles, filling its top finance and commercial posts through an internal succession process.
Dimaraki had been deputy chief financial officer, while Mandroukas served as deputy chief commercial officer before the promotions. The appointments affect two of Aegean’s most important management functions at the same time, but no operational disruption, fleet adjustment or network change accompanied the leadership move.
The change comes as the airline continues to manage its commercial strategy and financial oversight through a senior team with long-standing company experience. Dimaraki already held an executive role on Aegean’s board, underlining the continuity of the leadership transition.
