Condor has launched its own app inside ChatGPT, becoming the first airline in the DACH region to do so. The tool brings travel inspiration, destination discovery, flight searches, fare comparisons and Condor route information into a single conversational interface, while bookings still continue on the airline’s website.
The app is available worldwide and works with both free and paid versions of ChatGPT. Users can start by typing “Condor” in a chat to open the app automatically, or connect it through the apps directory before beginning a conversation.
Condor’s focus is on the early stages of trip planning, when travellers may have only a broad idea of where they want to go. The app can suggest destinations, compare prices across different travel periods and show the airline’s route network on an interactive map.
For more specific searches, the app displays available flights, relevant flight details, fares and travel classes based on Condor data. Prices are adjusted automatically to the user’s market and currency settings. The launch extends Condor’s digital travel-planning offering beyond its existing web channels and places its flight-search and inspiration tools directly inside a widely used AI platform.
