The aircraft was sourced from a major lessor, and the transaction also adds a new investor client to Stratos’ portfolio. The deal underscores continued activity in the secondary-market leasing segment for mid-life narrowbody jets.
Stratos, which operates as an aircraft investment specialist, is building its serviced aircraft portfolio through transactions that place assets with airline operators. Air Transat’s A321 family remains central to its narrowbody operations, and the addition of this aircraft extends the carrier’s relationship with a new aviation finance and asset-management partner.
