Airbus logs 204 gross orders and 67 deliveries in July

Airbus booked 204 gross commercial aircraft orders and delivered 67 jets in July 2026, extending a strong mid-year sales run while keeping production and handover levels broadly steady. The monthly tally included A220s, A320neo-family aircraft and A350s, with deliveries going to 39 customers and year-to-date deliveries reaching 418 aircraft.

The order book was led by SMBC Aviation Capital, which placed 100 A320neo-family aircraft, split between 35 A320neos and 65 A321neos. Additional July business came from Hainan Airlines, China Eastern Airlines, flynas and Riyadh Air. Industry data also broke out the month’s order mix as one A319neo, 63 A320neos, 104 A321neos, 30 A330-900s and six A350-1000s.

The latest figures underline Airbus’s continued strength in narrowbody demand alongside sustained widebody sales. July output also kept the manufacturer ahead of Boeing in 2026 delivery comparisons tracked by industry media, even as Airbus works toward its full-year production and handover targets.
