CDB Aviation has completed delivery of four Airbus A320neo aircraft to Marabu Airlines, ending the lessor’s mandate with the Estonian leisure carrier. The final handover brings Marabu’s A320neo fleet to 12 aircraft, supporting operations from its German bases in Hamburg, Leipzig and Nuremberg to Mediterranean leisure destinations.
The aircraft are A320-271Ns powered by Pratt & Whitney PW1127GA-JM engines. The four leases were agreed in November 2025 as part of Marabu’s fleet and network growth plan, with the latest delivery marking the fourth and final jet under the arrangement.
CDB Aviation is a wholly owned Irish subsidiary of China Development Bank Financial Leasing. For Marabu, the additional narrowbodies expand capacity on leisure routes and strengthen its position in the German market, where the carrier targets seasonal demand linked to holiday traffic.
