CDB Aviation has completed the delivery mandate for four Airbus A320-271N/A320neo aircraft to Marabu Airlines, ending a lease arrangement first announced in November 2025. The final handover, disclosed on 2026-07-30, marks completion of CDB Aviation’s mandate with the Estonia-based leisure carrier, which now operates 12 Airbus A320neo aircraft and is expanding its network across Mediterranean leisure routes.
The four aircraft are powered by Pratt & Whitney PW1127GA-JM engines. Marabu said the fourth and final aircraft represented a fleet-expansion milestone, while CDB Aviation said the last delivery completed its mandate with the airline.
Marabu Airlines operates from Hamburg, Leipzig and Nuremberg. The addition of the latest-generation narrowbody aircraft supports the carrier’s route-network growth strategy and adds fuel-efficient capacity for leisure services.
The delivery completion was also reported again on 2026-07-31, reinforcing the timing and substance of the transaction.
