ANA has relaunched its international in-flight duty-free pre-order platform, putting a new booking workflow in place for ANA-operated and AirJapan-operated international flights from 1 August. The revamp extends ordering to 45 days before departure, with cutoffs set at two days for Japan-origin sectors and three days for overseas departures, and expands the online assortment to about 300 items, including limited editions. Customers can pay by credit or debit card at checkout, with onboard collection retained and cash removed from the process. The new site replaces the previous service and applies only to flights departing on or after the launch date.
