Eve Air Secures LOI for 30 eVTOLs from Moov Airways to Evaluate Cabo Verde and Europe Operations

Eve Air Mobility and Moov Airways signed a Letter of Intent for up to 30 eVTOL aircraft at the 2026 Farnborough International Airshow, targeting tourism and regional mobility in Cabo Verde and Europe. The non-binding agreement initiates a joint evaluation of use cases including airport shuttles, sightseeing, medical transport, and infrastructure inspections across São Vicente, Santo Antão, Sal, Praia, and Boa Vista. This LOI expands Eve’s commercial pipeline as the Embraer-controlled manufacturer approaches type certification, with ANAC publishing proposed noise criteria for the Eve 100 on 19 July 2026. Delivery timelines, pricing, and final configurations remain undefined pending definitive agreements, while operational rollout stays in the evaluation phase.
