Emirates adds four weekly Dubai-Accra flights from July

Emirates will lift its Dubai-Accra schedule to 11 weekly frequencies from 12 July, adding four services a week on a route that already runs daily. The new rotations, operated by Boeing 777-300ER aircraft as EK789 and EK790, target sustained year-round demand and high seat occupancy on Ghana’s trunk link.

The additional capacity gives the market 8 First Class suites, 42 Business Class lie-flat seats and 304 Economy seats per departure. Emirates is also using the uplift to widen onward connectivity through Dubai and to add bellyhold space for cargo such as fresh-cut fruit, electronics, textiles and pharmaceuticals.

The move should tighten Ghana’s access to long-haul flows across Asia, North America and Europe.
