Condor and UFO agree new cabin crew working conditions from 2027

Condor and the Independent Flight Attendants’ Organisation (UFO) have agreed a new collective agreement covering cabin crew working conditions. Due to take effect on 1 January 2027, it will replace rules that varied according to employees’ entry dates with a common framework. The deal provides for more guaranteed days off, greater scope to request preferred rosters and revised provisions for scheduling and standby duties.

The agreement also revises how workload on flight duty is assessed. UFO says the changes better reflect cabin crew work and balance improvements for employees with the operational flexibility required by the airline.

The provisions are intended to give crew more predictable schedules and protect leisure time, while standardising conditions across employees previously covered by different rule sets. The available details do not specify the number of additional guaranteed days off, the precise standby arrangements or the agreement’s duration.
