Hahnair replaces Cessna Citation Latitude with factory-new aircraft

Hahnair has placed a factory-new Cessna Citation Latitude into service, replacing an older aircraft of the same type as the German airline renews its business-jet fleet. The new aircraft already carries Hahnair’s revised livery and is intended to lower operating costs and improve efficiency. It will support business flights across Europe and on longer routes beyond the continent.

The Citation Latitude can accommodate up to eight passengers, although Hahnair normally sells six seats. The midsize jet has an approximate range of 5,000 kilometres and a cruise speed of 826 kilometres per hour, allowing it to serve both regional and longer business missions.

Hahnair continues to operate a Cessna Citation CJ3+ alongside the Latitude. Its scheduled operation includes twice-weekly flights between Düsseldorf and Palma de Mallorca, while the business-jet fleet also supports charter and corporate travel. The airline has not disclosed the replacement aircraft’s registration, purchase price or delivery date, and details of the outgoing Latitude were not provided.
