Vista Global weighs European IPO to raise more than $1 billion

Vista Global Holding is weighing a European initial public offering that could raise more than $1 billion, with a potential valuation above $10 billion and a possible debut next year. The UAE-based private aviation group behind the VistaJet and XO brands is considering Milan and Zurich as listing venues while it continues discussions over the size and timing of the deal.

Bank of America, UBS and UniCredit are among the advisers on the proposed transaction. No final decision has been made, and the terms remain fluid. The move would give Vista access to public equity markets as it looks to capitalise on investor appetite for private aviation and expand its financial flexibility.

The potential flotation would be a significant test of European IPO demand for a business tied to premium business travel. Vista has not launched an offering, and the plan remains under review as the group assesses market conditions and transaction structure.
