Vietjet will launch five new international routes between Vietnam and destinations in the Philippines, Thailand and Japan in a network expansion that begins in late October and December. The carrier will add direct links from Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi to Cebu, plus a Ho Chi Minh City-Clark service, alongside new flights from Ho Chi Minh City to Chiang Mai and from Da Nang to Osaka Kansai. Each Philippines route will operate three times a week.
The Cebu and Clark services are scheduled on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday patterns on selected sectors, broadening Vietjet’s access to secondary markets in the Philippines beyond its existing Ho Chi Minh City-Manila link. The new routes are positioned to support travel flows between Vietnam and the Philippines as well as wider leisure and business demand across Southeast Asia.
The launch programme also includes a fare promotion covering Eco tickets and discounts of 20% on SkyBoss and Deluxe fares for a travel window running from early September 2026 to the end of March 2027. The additional Chiang Mai and Osaka services extend the airline’s regional network further into north-east Thailand and western Japan.
