Ryanair adds two aircraft and seven routes at Porto for winter 2026

Ryanair will base two additional aircraft at Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport in Porto for winter 2026, taking its fleet there to 14. The expanded schedule will include seven new routes to Catania, Gdansk, Hamburg, Liverpool, Nuremberg, Poznan and Rabat. Ryanair plans to offer 2.7 million seats across 55 routes, a 13% increase on the previous winter, including 315,000 additional seats.

The airline will also increase frequencies on 28 existing routes. It puts the additional investment associated with the two aircraft at $200 million and the total investment linked to its Porto-based fleet at $1.4 billion.

Hamburg and Nuremberg are among the new destinations, alongside routes to Italy, Poland, the United Kingdom and Morocco. The schedule figures and investment totals are Ryanair’s estimates.
