Oman Air has begun selling six Finnair-operated routes to and from Helsinki under its own flight code. In effect from around 25 October, at the start of the 2026/27 winter schedule, the codeshare covers services between Helsinki and Amsterdam, Frankfurt, London Heathrow, Milan Malpensa, Rome Fiumicino and Zurich, extending Oman Air’s reach into European markets beyond its own network.
The six routes form part of a broader codeshare partnership announced by the airlines on 18 October. The initial agreement also covers Finnair flights from Paris and Munich to Helsinki, alongside the six routes now in service under Oman Air’s code. Oman Air operates flights from Muscat to London Heathrow, providing a connection to Finnair’s Helsinki hub.
The partnership also provides onward connectivity to Melbourne via Bangkok, where Oman Air operates twice-daily flights. The airlines are both members of the oneworld alliance. The six-route update concerns Finnair-operated flights carrying Oman Air’s code; the reported start date is approximate.
