NetJets will build a private terminal and second maintenance hangar at Dallas Love Field, creating a nearly 114,000-square-foot complex scheduled to open in late 2028. The development will support the company’s fractional-ownership and private-aviation operations at one of its busiest US hubs, where flight activity has increased by more than 25% since 2022.
The terminal is being developed with Signature Aviation and will be reserved for NetJets owners and their guests. The additional hangar will supplement the company’s existing Love Field maintenance facility, which opened in 2021, and is intended to increase the availability of mission-ready aircraft across the southern United States.
The Dallas project forms part of a wider US infrastructure expansion that includes new private terminals at Washington Dulles International Airport and Rifle Garfield County Airport in Colorado, as well as a larger facility at Palm Beach International. NetJets operates fractional aircraft ownership and private jet card programmes.
An August filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation identified a project of roughly $35 million, including an 80,000-square-foot aircraft hangar and 18,000 square feet of shops and offices. NetJets’ subsequent description of the campus gives a larger total area but does not establish the final project cost or construction start date.
