MedAire and GoCrisis deepen aviation partnership

MedAire and GoCrisis are moving their four-year aviation relationship toward closer business integration, tightening links between medical, security and crisis-response support for business aviation operators. The development comes after the companies had already worked together in aviation for four years and reflects a further step beyond coordination into a more integrated operating model.

The arrangement centres on MedAire’s aviation medical and security capability and GoCrisis’s crisis-management expertise, creating a broader support structure for operators facing medical incidents, security events or wider disruptions. Both companies retain their own identities and operating roles, while the newer alignment allows GoCrisis to draw on MedAire’s business infrastructure across IT, finance and back-office functions.

The move matters for business aviation customers that want more seamless support across preparedness, incident response and recovery. MedAire’s existing aviation network and GoCrisis’s specialist crisis services combine to cover family assistance, communications and recovery functions as well as operational and medical coordination. The partnership also extends beyond aviation, with GoCrisis continuing to serve clients in other sectors while its aviation work becomes more closely embedded with MedAire.
