LOT Polish Airlines will introduce a new business-class menu on long-haul flights departing Warsaw Chopin Airport from 1 October 2026, with the offer running through 31 March 2027. The third edition of the carrier’s Michelin-starred dining project features dishes created by Przemek Sieradzki, head chef of the Michelin-starred Giewont restaurant in Kościelisko, and requires passengers to pre-order their main course at least 24 hours before departure.
The menu, branded Smaki z Gwiazdką Michelin w LOT Business Class, is available to LOT Business Class travellers on long-haul services departing from Warsaw. It includes four main-course choices: butter-confit rainbow trout with truffle sauce, vegetarian pierogi with cabbage and morels, slow-cooked lamb with Kampot pepper, and braised beef short rib with celeriac and Bordelaise sauce.
LOT is continuing the project in partnership with the Polish Tourism Organisation, linking its premium onboard catering with a wider effort to promote Polish gastronomy and Poland as a travel destination. The airline has used the Michelin-starred chef collaboration as a differentiator in its long-haul business-class product, with the programme focused on routes originating in Warsaw rather than a fixed list of destinations.
