Kam Air will resume scheduled flights between Kabul and Kuwait City on 24 August, restoring a regional link between Afghanistan and Kuwait with Boeing 737-300 aircraft. The carrier has described four weekly frequencies for the route, although current booking systems show only one weekly service, leaving the final operating pattern still to be confirmed.
The reinstatement returns capacity to a market that had been absent from Kam Air’s network and offers a new option for travel between the Afghan capital and Kuwait. The route sits within a wider pattern of gradual rebuilds across Middle East and Central Asian aviation, where airlines are adding or restoring links as demand stabilises and operational conditions permit.
The aircraft type points to a narrowbody operation suited to a relatively short international sector, with the schedule aimed at both point-to-point traffic and connecting passengers. The remaining uncertainty over frequency suggests the route is still being loaded into sales systems or adjusted ahead of launch, while the restart date indicates preparations are already under way.
