Fraser Currie, Chief Commercial and Strategy Officer of DAE Engineering, and Minister Dr. Raed Sami Al Adwan signed the pact in Amman, committing Joramco to contribute to the Deir Alla Youth Center and launch aviation awareness initiatives. The partnership targets the global aviation talent gap by building a local pipeline of technically skilled Jordanian youth, reinforcing Jordan’s strategic position as a regional MRO hub. Beyond job placement, the agreement emphasizes upskilling and community infrastructure investment, marking Joramco’s structured entry into youth development beyond core MRO operations.
