Grupo EULEN USA is supporting PS MIA at Miami International Airport with specialised cleaning and baggage transfer services, adding operational backing to Florida’s first private luxury terminal. The arrangement underpins daily services at the Miami facility, which occupies the restored former Pan American Airways headquarters and caters to premium travellers using private terminal processes.
PS MIA opened in June 2026 and offers luxury suites, personalised dining, wellness services, private TSA screening, U.S. Customs processing for eligible international arrivals and chauffeur transport between the terminal and aircraft. Grupo EULEN’s role is focused on behind-the-scenes support across the terminal, including cleaning throughout the facility and handling baggage transfers.
The partnership reflects a broader shift in airport services as premium passenger experiences become more operationally complex. For service providers such as Grupo EULEN, the opportunity now extends beyond conventional ground support into more bespoke hospitality-led airport environments.
